Once the box has been manufactured, the microbes present in the paper feed on the starch present in the adhesive. This emits foul smelling odors and causes a huge embarrassment to the Corrugators when the boxes are supplied to their end-users. It is critical that these foul-smelling odors of the boxes have to be completely negated before them being supplied to the clients.

Once the Gum preparation is finished, kindly add the chemical & mix well for 2 – 3 minutes.
The gel temperature/pH/viscosity remains constant.
When bioscent is added to the gum, it gives an aromatic smell initially and negates any bad odor present. After 2-3 hours of box being made even the aromatic smell will be diminish leaving behind a good smelling box.
NOTE :
- Bioscent can also be incorporated into our gum powder and supplied.
- Bioscent can be used in any Starch/Dextrin based adhesives.
