Recently, Automatic & Semi-Automatic Corrugators are finding a unique problem of boxes cracking which is because of the sudden drop in the moisture after the Board/Box is manufactured. Usually cracking is highly pre-dominant in 5/7 ply boxes.

Once the Gum preparation is finished, kindly add the chemical & mix well for 2 – 3 minutes.

Viscosity slightly reduces by 5 – 10 seconds. The gel temperature/pH remains constant.

AC63 forms an interlinkage bond between Amylum present in the Starch & Cellulose present in the paper. It has Newtonian-fluid properties which make it accessible to incorporate into the existing Starch – Adhesives.

NOTE :

AC63 can also be incorporated into our gum powder and supplied.
AC63 can be used in any Starch/Dextrin based adhesives.
