Foam or bubble formation in the adhesive causes bonding issues after their application. It is mainly caused by the hardness of water & high shearing that adhesive undergoes. Sometimes the foam will be so excessive that it will make the workplace dirty. Therefore, it is vital to get rid of the foam by using anti-foaming agents.

Once the Gum preparation is finished, kindly add the chemical & mix well for 2 – 3 minutes.
The gel temperature/pH/viscosity remains constant.
When the X-foamer is added to the gum, it removes all the foam formed in the gum solution by rupturing the air bubbles & breaking down the surface foam.
NOTE :
- X-Foamer can also be incorporated into our gum powder and supplied.
- X-Foamer can be used in any Starch/Dextrin based adhesives.
