We at BIO CHEM NXT have realized the importance of time wasted in drying of Carton Boxes, for this we have come up with uniquely formulated additives which not only dries the carton boxes faster but also improves the bonding.

For Automatic Plants, the board dries instantly because it’s subjected to enormous heat under the hot plates. During stacking, the paper tends to absorb moisture and there will be decline in the strength of the boards/boxes resulting in a higher rejection of boxes by their clients.

For Semi-Automatic Plants, the main problem occurs during pasting where the moisture tends to be higher. It takes a huge amount of time to completely dry the boxes. Our additives reduce the Boxes / boards drying time.

Once the Gum preparation is finished, kindly add the chemical & mix well for 2 – 3 minutes.

Viscosity slightly reduces by 5 – 10 seconds. The gel temperature/pH remains constant.

The cellulose present in the paper & the starch molecules present in the adhesive has a natural tendency of absorbing the moisture from the surrounding environment. H2R forms a crosslink bond between Starch & Cellulose paper. It has Newtonian-fluid properties which make it accessible to incorporate into the existing Starch Adhesives.

NOTE :

  • H2R can also be incorporated into our gum powder and supplied.
  • H2R can be used in any Starch/Dextrin based adhesives.
